Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orlando is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise the day-to-day sales operation and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed targets through training, coaching and ethical closing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in timeshare sales, a proven leadership record, and the ability to recruit, hire and develop staff while maintaining professional dress, strong communication, and excellent customer service; Florida Real Estate License required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three plus years of timeshare sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in Timeshare sales and/or Timeshare sales training.
• Timeshare sales management experience preferred.
• Must be process oriented with attention to detail.
• Compelling leadership abilities.
• Must have the ability to manage and motivate team members while working effectively with Executive Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Florida Real Estate License required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coaches the Sales Consultants for continuous improvement.
• Closes the sale and initiates the purchase process; conducts performance appraisals.
• Recruiting, selecting and hiring; resolves customer service challenges.
• Achieves personal and departmental objectives; coaches new hires to meet sales standards.
• Ensures sales rides are scheduled and that dress policies are enforced; conducts 1-1 coaching sessions and provides action plans.
