EIDLexit is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to accelerate inbound conversations with small business owners seeking SBA disaster loan relief. You will prep conversations, schedule and confirm consults, and maintain accurate HubSpot records to support closers.

This fully remote role across the United States emphasizes empathy, reliability, and collaboration with AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. Training and onboarding are provided along with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience.
• Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Central, and full-time through onboarding.
• A reliable computer with webcam, stable internet, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads quickly and earn the consult with tactical empathy.
• Book, confirm, and recover consults to keep closer calendars full of qualified conversations.
• Route every borrower to the right calendar; gather documents and update HubSpot records.
• Keep borrowers moving after consult with clear, honest next steps.
• Hand objections or SBA questions to the closer; you do not answer them.
