Job summary

Jobber is seeking an Account Executive – Inbound to join our Sales team. This remote role supports small business customers, with a straightforward inbound process and a generous OTE.

You’ll build relationships, demonstrate value, and guide prospects from interest to close, using Salesforce to track progress and collaborate with SDRs. Expect a base salary plus commission, a transparent compensation plan, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing technology company serving home service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role with commission or clear targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with short sales cycles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, consultative selling.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Drive connection with potential customers via phone, email, and sms outreach.
• Develop understanding of customer challenges and goals.
• Recommend how to best use Jobber, including workflows and feature fits.
• Demonstrate value through conversations, social proof, and product demos.
• Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a great customer experience.
• Track information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
