Job summary

Belkins, a leading sales-enablement firm, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our remote US/Europe team. You will prep demos, manage contracts, keep HubSpot clean, segment leads, and drive re-engagement campaigns to generate new pipeline and close deals.

You will support 1–2 Sales Executives, ensuring deals move quickly and onboarding starts promptly. This is a fully remote role with US business-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Background in sales, customer success, account management or onboarding.
• Excellent written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work full US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Executives for demos and record notes and follow-ups.
• Prepare contracts and track them through signature.
• Maintain HubSpot accuracy: deal stages, notes, activities and reporting.
• Segment leads and manage follow-up sequences.
• Run automated re-engagement campaigns and hand off warm conversations.
• Coordinate client onboarding to start delivery smoothly.
• Identify missing elements in deals and escalate early.
