EIDLexit is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to support our closers by preparing conversations, scheduling consultations, and maintaining clean records in HubSpot. This is a 100% remote, full-time role for U.S. candidates, with inbound leads only and a base salary plus commission from day one.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HubSpot CRM experience, familiarity with AI tools, and is legally authorized to work in the U.S. A reliable setup and full-time onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience and a track record of logging calls, notes, and keeping contact and deal records current.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude in work contexts.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a W-2 employee.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Central, and full-time through onboarding.
• A reliable computer with webcam, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.

Responsabilités

• Respond to new leads quickly and earn consults with tactical empathy.
• Book, confirm, and recover consults so closer calendars stay full of qualified conversations.
• Route every borrower to the right calendar.
• Gather documents and complete HubSpot records so closers never open a blank file.
• Keep borrowers moving after the consult with clear, honest next steps.
• Hand every objection, legal question, or SBA question to the closer.
