EIDLexit is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead a 100% remote team across the United States. You’ll coach reps on inbound video consultations, drive team production, and own the numbers while expanding leadership within the group.

You won’t carry personal deals or quotas; you’ll focus on coaching, hiring, and scaling the team as we grow, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and outcomes-based metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing an inside sales team.
• A remote team, selling by phone or video.
• Consultative selling, not scripted pressure.
• One-call or short-cycle closes.
• A specific team number you moved – conversion, quota attainment, or ramp speed.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of closers running inbound video consultations with business owners seeking a path out.
• Coach reps on live calls and own the team’s numbers.
• Hire and fire for your team; participate in final interviews.
• Develop future leaders and grow leaders from the team.
• Drive production and ensure high performance without personal quotas.
