Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Able to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, balancing customer service with inbound sales.
• Upsell products, services, warranties, and memberships where appropriate.
• Provide product information, registration support, and order status inquiries.
• Document interactions and resolutions in owner records and follow escalation guidelines.
