The assigned shift is 10 hours over four days, with a weekly base rate of $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores. Training runs 9 weeks, followed by regular shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through.
• Ability to research, analyze data and resolve owner issues.
• High concentration and attention to detail for daily activity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.
• Comfortable working from home with a dedicated workspace.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens.

Aufgaben

• Provide product information, registrations, and service inquiries via inbound calls, emails, or chats.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while meeting sales KPIs.
• Create, update, and retrieve owner records; log actions and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve processes and materials.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe home work environment.
• Support other parts of the business as needed.
