Qualifications

• Ability to research, analyze data and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, registration, service, parts, delivery and dealer inquiries.
• Balance customer service with inbound sales to upsell products and services.
• Resolve owner issues via troubleshooting, concessions and guidance to GE Appliances support teams.
• Maintain accurate owner records and provide feedback to improve training materials.
