Job summary

GE Appliances is seeking anInbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell Remote to balance customer service with inbound sales. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, assist with registrations, and upsell warranties and parts while meeting sales KPIs.

This 100% remote role requires strong communication, the ability to work from home, and dedication to customer satisfaction; training is provided and equipment is supplied, with a base pay of $15.00/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to research, analyze data and resolve owner issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, registration support, and service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries.
• Upsell products and services while meeting defined sales metrics and KPIs.
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, concessions and guided resolution.
• Create, update and retrieve owner records for logging actions and outcomes.
• Support other parts of the business as needed.
