Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Agent for ASI/GE Appliances. This 100% remote role handles high-volume inbound calls with upsell opportunities, delivering a positive customer experience.

Work from home with provided equipment and support owners across designated regions on a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week. Base pay is $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores, with a 9-week training period.

Qualifications

• 1-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Ability to research, analyze data and make sound decisions regarding escalated owner matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software.
• Ability to work effectively from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, registrations, service, parts, delivery and dealer location inquiries.
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, referrals and concessions as appropriate.
• Create, update and retrieve owner records for logging actions and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve processes and materials.
• Maintain safety policies and a safe home work environment.
• Support other parts of the business as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
