Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Agent (Remote) via ASI. You will balance customer service with inbound sales, upsell products, and support owners with product information and service inquiries.

The role is 100% remote with a 10-hour shift pattern, 4 days a week, and a base rate of $15.00/hour plus incentives. Training lasts 9 weeks with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to research, analyze data and resolve owner matters.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens while at home.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with a focus on sales and service.
• Upsell products, services, warranties, and memberships where appropriate.
• Provide product information, registration support, and service inquiries.
