TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeks driven professionals to guide clients through the enrollment process and help them achieve their financial goals. You will manage live inbound calls, use a structured script, and focus on closing on the first call while meeting aggressive performance targets.

The role offers warm inbound leads, base pay plus monthly commissions, and robust growth opportunities across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date is 10/09/2026.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence and professional communication.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.
• Full-time availability; overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments with a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
