Job summary

TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeking driven professionals to guide clients through the enrollment process and help them reach financial goals. You will manage live inbound calls, use a consultative script, and close on the first call with support from our coaching team.

This is a fully remote, full-time role across the United States. We offer warm inbound leads, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to growth within a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
