Job summary

TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeking-driven professionals to guide clients through debt relief solutions. You will manage inbound calls, follow a consultative script, and close on the first call, with ongoing coaching.

This full-time remote position offers uncapped commissions and a base pay starting at $32,240 per year, with total compensation potential of $45,000 to $137,409 in the first year; opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
