Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with Persuasive, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence and empathy.
• Follow structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for coaching and development.
