TurboDebt is hiring for a full-time remote role to manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach. You will use an optimized sales script, guide clients through enrollment, and aim to close on the first call while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

This position offers uncapped commissions with base pay, inbound leads, and full-time shifts; strong communication and remote-work adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
