TurboDebt is expanding its remote sales team and seeking driven, coachable professionals who want to take control of their income and grow their careers. You will manage live inbound calls, follow a consultative script, and guide clients through enrollment to start their path toward financial goals.

This full-time role offers warm inbound leads, uncapped commissions, and base pay with monthly commissions. The start date is 10/09/2026, with flexible shifts across day, evening, and weekend options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (call center or collections a plus).
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
