TurboDebt is expanding its remote sales team and seeking coachable professionals who can guide clients through tough financial decisions. You will work with qualified inbound opportunities, not cold outreach, helping clients take meaningful steps toward financial goals.

This is a remote role available across multiple states with a start date of 10/09/2026. Expect a structured script, coaching, and a clear path to growth with uncapped commissions and competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone skills and professional communication.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
