TurboDebt is expanding its remote sales team and seeks motivated professionals to guide clients through debt-relief enrollment. You will handle live inbound calls and booked appointments using a consultative approach, with a focus on closing on the first call.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a base pay starting at $32,240 per year, and a fast-paced, supportive environment with ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a drive to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a high-performance culture.
• Available for full-time position; overtime eligible if non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments with a needs-based approach.
• Use a sales script and framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust and guide clients through enrollment.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow a structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
