Job summary

TurboDebt is hiring for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will manage live inbound calls, guide clients through our enrollment process, and close on the first call using a consultative, needs-based approach.

Expect coaching, inbound-only leads, and uncapped commissions tied to strong performance across daily to monthly targets. Base pay starts low but total compensation can reach six figures with commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through enrollment.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for coaching and development.
