Pavago is hiring an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative (Home Services) to manage high-volume inbound calls, assist customers with home service needs, and convert conversations into booked service appointments and membership enrollments.

This fully remote role collaborates with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first call through appointment scheduling.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in inbound sales or customer service
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
• Strong written and verbal English
• Experience using CRM systems

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and assist customers
• Recommend services and guide appointments
• Upsell membership options and maintenance plans
• Log interactions and appointments in CRM
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth service delivery
