Job Summary

This Inbound Remote Sales Representative handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. The role is available for candidates residing in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert prospects into policyholders.
• Consult customers on insurance needs and match correct coverage.
• Maintain professional workspace and meet high-speed internet requirements.
• Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (mid‑morning start).
• Participate in a 16‑week licensed hire or 18‑week unlicensed hire training program.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years needed.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
