Compensation

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

• Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.

Location

Available in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these specified locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits.
• Convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Adapt well to different environments and schedules.

Additional Training & Benefits

• 16-week training for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training will be provided if not held.
