Overview

Our Inside Sales Agent for inbound, remote work is available for candidates based in Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered.

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Compensation details

• Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
• Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Operate as a Front Lines Liaison to represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, working from home or in an office as needed, and adapt to different environments and schedules.

Position Details

• From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.
• Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.

• Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
• All computer equipment is provided. Work-from-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet services are not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales.
• Excellent communication with prospects and customers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
