The position is remote across multiple US states, including WI, with uncapped commissions and a base pay starting at $32,240, and a first-year target range of $45,000 to $137,409 depending on location and performance.

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasiveness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a needs-based approach.
• Follow an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate with managers for ongoing coaching and development.
