Job summary

TurboDebt is hiring for full-time roles that are fully remote across the United States. You will manage live inbound calls, guiding clients through enrollment with a consultative, needs-based approach and a goal-driven mindset.

Expect ongoing coaching, performance-based compensation, and shifts that fit a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will work from warm inbound opportunities, with no cold calls or door-to-door activity, and you’ll be part of a growing team focused on helping people

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
