Job summary

TaxRise Inc. is seeking a Remote Sales Representative in Florida to convert warm inbound leads into clients. This full-time role requires 1 year of phone sales experience in a remote setting and a home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote or virtual environment.
• Ability to work from a home office with quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and following up in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads to understand tax issues and goals.
• Evaluate client documents and data to recommend customized resolution programs.
• Own the full sales cycle from consultation to enrollment with a professional client experience.
• Accurately document client interactions and financial information in the CRM.
