Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to join our fully remote team. You’ll handle approximately 15–25 inbound calls daily, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach while earning uncapped commissions.

This full-time role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, BYOE equipment, and a schedule that finishes by 8:00 PM EST after training; residency must be in eligible U.S. states, including West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to close sales using a consultative approach.
• Willingness to complete paid onboarding and certification.
• Must reside in approved hiring states in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
