Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment.
• At least one year of experience leading a remote team.
• Experience monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
