Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Patient Support Department. You will be the first point of contact for patients, answering questions about services and orders, while handling 40–50 inbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the medical industry with terminology familiarity.
• Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and patient support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately complete data entry tasks daily and timely.
• Support patients by answering questions about services and orders.
