Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert prospects into policyholders.

From day one you will train remotely; licensed hires get license during training; 4 weekdays and 1 weekend schedule; no cold calls; strong earning potential with base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
