Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the right coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment; licensing is included if needed, with a 4-day workweek option and comprehensive benefits in a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
