Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders, all within a remote work setup.

From day one you begin paid training with licensing included if needed. A structured schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day is required, and all equipment is provided for a home-based role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Remain in resident state for at least one year before relocation due to licensing restrictions.
