Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Training is paid and includes licensing when needed, in a remote work environment.

Starting salary is competitive with potential for growth; position requires availability for a structured schedule, and licensing is provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
