Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching the right coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Training starts day one in a remote work environment, with licensing included if needed.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and the ability to work a steady evening schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customers' insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work with licensing/training during onboarding and post-hire licensing.
