Job summary

Ascentek is seeking an Account Sales Executive who will drive growth by generating and closing new business. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging CRM tools and market insights to build a robust pipeline.

You will collaborate with an Account Manager to deliver value-driven solutions for multi-location customers, maintain relationships, and foster long-term partnerships. This remote role offers competitive compensation with STIP bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of new business development or hunter-style sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals and market research.
• Generate a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to support revenue targets.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close; maintain CRM activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, fulfillment and onboarding for new customers.
• Monitor market conditions and competition to inform sales strategy.
