Learner Education is a fully remote education company seeking motivated Academic Sales Representatives to join our team. This inbound, not cold-calling, role focuses on understanding families' needs, communicating tutoring value, overcoming objections, and guiding enrollment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or enrollment sales.
• Proven ability to meet quotas, KPIs, or revenue targets.
• Experience handling objections, discussing pricing, and closing deals.
• Proactive, self-motivated on lead management and follow-through.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Comfort speaking with prospective families by phone.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with prospective students and families who expressed interest in tutoring services.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges, goals, and tutoring needs.
• Recommend tutoring solutions and clearly communicate value.
• Discuss pricing, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Build trust via professional phone, text, and email communication.
• Follow up with prospective families and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records of conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Aim for enrollment, revenue, and performance targets; welcome coaching.
