Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales, lead a team, and ensure a high standard of service. You will mentor staff, leverage Salesforce and other tools, and uphold the Spirit of Service culture while meeting or exceeding net sales targets.

The role requires 2+ years of front-to-back sales in timeshare, the ability to work nights/weekends, and a state real estate license where applicable. Competitive benefits and compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring or supervising team members.
• 2+ years front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• Experience closing sales or sales management.
• Active state real estate license (if required) and residency in a state with an active broker relationship.
