Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a remote in-house sales manager to lead timeshare sales initiatives with a focus on efficiency and customer service excellence. You will mentor the sales team, drive performance, and ensure alignment with our Spirit of Service culture while managing flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

The role offers a base range of 131,250–218,750 USD per year plus commission, with actual pay varying by location and market data; residence within eligible broker

Qualifications

• Track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' mentoring, coaching or supervising team members
• 2+ years' front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales
• Experience closing sales or sales management
• Basic technical skills with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook
• Active state real estate license (if required) and broker relationship in eligible states
