The role requires a proven timeshare sales track record, ability to work nights/weekends, and familiarity with Salesforce and other tools. Base pay ranges from $131,250 to $218,750 annually with commissions and bonuses, with location-based variation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency and net sales volume.
• Supervise and model effective sales and customer service practices.
