Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Client Services Manager for our Berlin-based team. You will be the main client contact, ensuring top-notch service while working remotely with an international cross-functional team.

The role requires CS degree, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and strong English, with optional SQL/Excel data handling skills. Flexibility to work remotely and contribute to a fast-growing Martech startup is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in ad tech is a plus.
• Ability to work with large data sets in Excel; basic SQL skills a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure superb service.
• Maintain positive client relationships by monitoring conversations across channels.
• Understand the company platform end to end and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Communicate product changes and updates to clients via channels.
• Ensure timely, high-quality handling of client issues and onboarding.
