Job summary

ReUp Education is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to steer end-to-end partner implementations across university partnerships. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build repeatable plans, and manage risk to deliver on timelines and quality.

The role requires client-facing experience, data governance know-how, and strong communication with stakeholders at all levels. This remote position supports a distributed team with hybrid options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years successful experience in a client-facing or account support role, including leading robust projects from start to finish.
• Experience in gathering requirements from various business units.
• Experience with student and higher ed data.
• Experience in Salesforce or another CRM.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong customer focus is a must, serving as a first face of ReUp during implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations - coordinating cross-functional reporting and key partner contacts, up to 10 concurrent implementations with a 5-week onboarding.
• Directly supervise two partner operations managers onboarding new partners.
• Develop a repeatable project plan with detailed dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Own the team's risk management framework to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Provide SME for data engagements to ensure data standards and quality across partnerships.
• Incorporate process improvements for efficiencies in implementations and product enhancements.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation and transition workflows to internal teams.
