Invert is seeking its first Implementation Manager to join the CX team. This role is essential in managing customer rollouts from start to finish, ensuring that the deployment aligns with customer needs. You will also monitor customer usage post-implementation to drive adoption and enhance value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation within the B2B SaaS space with experience in scientific industries. The position offers a fully remote setup with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in implementation or customer success at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in scientific or regulated industry SaaS preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder implementations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead design workshops and translate workflows into deployments.
• Run UAT and train users.
• Monitor usage health and adoption of live accounts.
