Job summary

Podium Education is seeking a Partner Implementation Engineer to work with higher education institutions during implementation and after launch. You will translate institutional requirements into scalable solutions, coordinating with university IT teams, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure successful launches across communications, authentication, integrations, websites, and data exchange.

You will lead technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, investigate

Qualifications

Experience in technical implementation with higher education or enterprise partners.
Knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security workflows.
Ability to translate technical needs to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with email/SMS deliverability and authentication.
Strong documentation and project management skills.
Familiarity with API documentation and cron or scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and act as the primary advisor from implementation through post-launch support.
Assess institutional environments and configure DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain verification.
Validate implementations, identify blockers, and ensure launch readiness.
Test communications, integrations, and workflows; troubleshoot deliverability and security concerns.
Collaborate with Engineering and Partner Operations to resolve complex IT issues.
