Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex student-success technology implementations from kickoff to go-live. You’ll manage multiple launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption with institutional partners while ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience leading software implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from planning through launch.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Navigate360, Slate, Salesforce, Banner, Colleague, Workday Student, Ellucian, Starfish, or similar).
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear workflows and project requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation activities for Navigate360 and related student success technologies from initiation to go-live.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for timely implementations.
• Own a portfolio of 10-12 concurrent implementations with detailed launch plans.
• Partner with institutional stakeholders to support workflow design and adoption readiness.
• Translate institutional requirements into detailed configuration decisions and guide testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner needs and ensure project execution.
