Implementation Success Analyst job at Qventus, Inc. Remote.

On this journey for over 12 years, Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare. We enable hospitals to focus on what matters most: patient care. Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world's leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.

As an Implementation Success Analyst at Qventus, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the Qventus Perioperative Care Coordination solution, a key component of our AI Operational Assistant (AIOA) platform. Working closely with Implementation Success Partners (ISPs), you will track and implement tailored solutions that maximize client value at every phase of the deployment process. Your responsibilities will span across intricate engagement management, project task coordination, analytics, and technical alignment. You will provide both operational and technical support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from the initial project kickoff through to the successful go-live.

In addition, you will actively contribute to identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders and that the project stays on track. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and make significant contributions to the success of Qventus, leveraging your analytical skills and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in supporting ISPs with both technical and operational tasks, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our solutions.

The Implementation Success Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of both technical features and operational functions across all deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage deployment timelines, ensuring internal and external deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Success Partners, Customer Success Partners, Technical Product Architects, and Product Managers to drive effective implementation and maximize client value.
  • Assist with human-in-the-loop messaging evaluation efforts with external partners, ensuring timely responses, smooth escalation triage, and agent performance monitoring throughout the client’s deployment journey
  • Leverage expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) to create documentation and communications that drive user buy-in and promote the adoption of workflows and tools.
  • Provide valuable insights to support ISPs from project kickoff to go-live, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, advise ISPs on opportunities and challenges, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Address operational and technical challenges to ensure timely and successful deployments.
  • Distribute, monitor, and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Create high-quality, executive-level deliverables at an accelerated pace throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal work and represent assigned accounts during work prioritization efforts to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across workflows, deliverables, KPIs, and overall team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities necessary for large-scale SaaS implementations.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
  • In-depth knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.
  • Project management experience in complex implementations within the provider-side healthcare sector.
  • A demonstrated track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in previous roles.
  • Proficient in documenting, analyzing, and interpreting data using various tools (e.g., JAVA/SQL code, advanced Excel functions).
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, with an average travel requirement of 25%.
It’s a Plus if You Have…
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system, contributing to impactful projects in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries, with hands‑on experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Epic and/or Cerner EHR systems, with practical experience in their implementation and use.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical and/or process consultants to drive improvements in healthcare operations and systems.

To be a good fit for the company, candidates should have these intangibles:

  • You excel at turning chaos into clarity. When things get messy, others rely on you to create structure and find effective solutions.
  • You bring confidence and assertiveness to tackling challenges head‑on. You don’t wait for problems to come to you—you dive in and solve them.
  • You thrive in situations of ambiguity, making informed decisions even when all the details aren’t available. You’re comfortable navigating uncertainty and adjusting course as needed to maintain momentum and keep the team moving forward.
  • You’re a team player who’s willing to contribute at any level to see a task through to completion. No job is too small, as long as it helps the team achieve its goals and move the project forward.
