Qventus is seeking a Director, Implementation Success to lead the Perioperative Care Coordination Delivery team. You will drive complex technical and clinical implementations, interfacing with client executives, product, engineering, and R&D to deliver measurable value and ROI.

The role has high impact on PCC strategy and customer outcomes, with cross-functional leadership across sales planning, EMR workflows, and product roadmapping.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead an exceptionally strong implementation team through effective leadership, radical candor, and strategic resource allocation and forecasting
• Develop a deep understanding of Pre-Anesthesia and Pre-Surgical workflows to identify high-leverage opportunities that drive meaningful ROI improvement
• Collaborate closely with client PAT teams and internal product, engineering and delivery teams to define the most efficient path to ROI and ensuring our implementations successfully deliver ROI quickly
