Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a professional services role with training and implementation experience.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• A valid Driver’s License is required for travel up to 50%.
• Experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to map out and complete project deliverables.
• Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents and escalations.
• Address escalations from other departments.
• Conduct on-site installations and hardware staging as needed.
