Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking a Manager of Business & In-Branch Implementations to deliver complex implementation work. This role demands a candidate familiar with the banking environment and capable of managing project pipelines effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in software implementation and project management, alongside strong communication skills. Responsibilities include developing methodologies for smooth implementations and managing a team to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union.
• Hands-on experience with account opening software.
• Demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of Alkami’s Business Omni and in-branch configurations.
• Develop repeatable and scalable implementation methodologies.
• Hire and lead a team of Implementation Managers.
• Provide visibility into project status and risk.
• Act as a trusted advisor for complex onboarding.
